Why?
The Covid19 global pandemic has highlighted more than ever the need for mental wellbeing at work and beyond.
The overnight switch to working from home for so many employees, or the extreme pressure put on key workers while they are on the frontlines, emphasised the need for simple ways to take care of ourselves with very limited spare time.
Our founder Fiorenza Rossini, certified Mindfulness facilitator and Mental Health first aider will work with you to create a program that really fits the needs of your employees and organisation – whether that is a Lunch&Learn or a 2-month program.
The purpose of this mindfulness course is to offer busy professionals a solution to feel balanced, settled, less stressed so they can confidently reach their professional objectives.
