Want to learn about mindfulness and mindful living or explore a new practice in the comfort of your own home?
Our signature Mindfulness program is a 8-week one-to-one course via Zoom*.
This offers a solution for busy professionals who want to feel balanced, settled, less stressed so they can confidently reach their professional and personal objectives.
Each session includes:
➤ ‘Getting to know you’ discussion (first session) and weekly progress update discussion (start of the class)
➤ Guided mindfulness meditation
➤ Mini-mindfulness activities to practice during the week (active mindfulness e.g. walking, meditation, visualisation)
➤ Weekly worksheet with mindfulness exercises, journaling prompts and meditation techniques
Mindfulness is for everyone and a regular practice can be easily achieved with a little guidance. We have planned these sessions as 30-minute blocks as we know that for some, the idea of meditating for even 2 minutes can seem intimidating.
What to expect:
By the end of the program, not only you’ll have a deep understanding of what mindfulness is and the different ways to practice it but you’ll also be enjoying the many benefits of a regular mindfulness practice and will have the confidence and motivation to develop your own practice.

Each program spans over 6 sessions which are held bi-weekly, via Zoom*.
